The fourth stage of our congregational discipleship is the COMMITTED stage. Church members will at this point begin serving in the current ministries of Brentwood. By doing so, it provides new workers for our ministries and gives our members a chance to taste ministry. It is good for every Brentwood member to be serving, especially in a ministry during one of our weekend gatherings.

After each member has spent some time serving in an existing ministry, then they will have the experience and confidence to start something new if they feel led by the Holy Spirit.
